Confidentiality of the Personal Data
The Creditor maintains a Customer Register and the registered information will be used for maintaining and serving customer relationships. The Creditor, the companies of the same group and the cooperation partners of the Creditor have the right to use the registered data solely for Creditors business purposes and will not sell or otherwise use the data submitted by Loan Applicant.
Intentionally providing inaccurate information is against the law and any violation of such law will be submitted by Creditor to the appropriate authorities.
